Woke up early, bed was very low and a tad short. To breakfast at 0800, a good porridge to start the day, and we were on the road at about 0913.
There was about 1.5 Km of road walking to back track to the official path. The normal furrowed goat track and of course the wind was still blowing (it had eased a bit from yesterday though).
A couple of hours into the walk we we had been passed by a couple of blokes we passed yesterday, one had a dog called Dylan (a beautiful Collie Sherpdog cross). Yesterday was the busiest day we have had on the path.
As we went round Tower Point and Nab Head we were walking on the outside of an old stone wall; guidebook map said it was an old fort wall but I think it was just paddock walls. We passed by St Brides castle estate (a large country estate that offers accommodation - time share).
The path goes down into the small hamlet of St Brides Haven were we stopped for a quick break.
Continuing on the path has a section which is quite strenuous but we got through it quite easily. There was a sculpture just before Mill Haven. It is called 'Eye of the sea'. Quite odd to see it but an interesting photo stop.
After a few more paddock crossings the path comes into Little Haven. This is a lovely seaside village. We stopped here at the Castle Inn for a quick sandwich and pot of tea.
